He's Maximus's punching bag ... er, assistant. Minimus loves his job and doesn't really notice how much abuse his boss heaps on him. He has two faces on his head that switch back and forth, so he can kiss up to Maximus while grumbling at the same time. It's a whole new way of being "two-faced"!
