Grumpy Bear can always be found in his Care-a-Van in the Moody Mountains. Deep down, the grouchiest bear in Care-a-Lot really does care, and he understands a child's glum moments. He's also very funny and crafty, and one thing that makes him happy is food! His Care-y-All bag holds anything and everything, and his Rain Cloud Belly Badge can control weather, which comes in handy.
