Online Safety
For Parents: Tips for Helping Your Kids Play It Safe
Here on HubWorld, we want to ensure that your kids have fun and that you are comfortable with them playing on our site. So we limit the information we collect from our users, because it’s our goal to create a space online where your kid can let his imagination run free, and you can feel at ease while he’s at play.

Keep It Impersonal
Once information is online, it's almost impossible to get it offline, which is why it’s important to discourage your child from sharing any personal information that can give away his identity or location -- names, street address, even the name of your city should not be given out. The best rule is to NOT make it personal.
Keep It Unreal
Don't let your child use his or her real name or birthday as a username or password. Instead, help your kid get creative by inventing a hubtastic online handle that could include the name of a favorite character or show featured on HubWorld.
Keep It Secret
Seems like common sense, but a password won't protect your child if someone else knows it. Let your kids know they need to keep passwords a secret -- just between you and them.
