Mole Man
This squinty little cave-dweller's tech resources are second only to Dr. Doom's. He also commands Lava Monsters from deep within the Earth and an army of Mole-people. But his near-continuous breaking of wind has turned away hero and villain alike. Mole Man has apparently spent so much time among untapped, abundant natural gas deposits that he's become one.
