Ms. Marvel
Ms. Marvel can fly, absorb and project solar energy, and crush coal into cubic zirconium with her bare hands. She leads the Super Hero City resistance effort and is Commander of the S.H.I.E.L.D. spy agency. She's also responsible for the Helicarrier (where the Squaddies live) and has access to some Black Ops Tech that even Iron Man doesn't know about.
